If you want to get back with your girlfriend, you really need to make yourself desirable. You can start by looking forward. Don’t focus too much on what happened to cause the breakup because it will make you worry more than you need to. What you really need to do is concentrate on improving yourself and figure out what you’re going to do differently this time around.

In the meantime though, what are you supposed to do? Basically, you want to live your life. Do everything you’ve always wanted to do that maybe your ex didn’t want to do. Hang out with your friends to catch up on the time you missed with them. Go out and talk to and hang out with other girls. Even go on a couple dates. No, you don’t have to move on, but going on some dates always helps build your confidence and it will tell you whether or not you really want to fix the relationship and win your ex back.

Try to not be too available to your girlfriend during this time. I wouldn’t flat out ignore her, but if she continues to call and text you, don’t hang on her every word. However, if she tries to contact you a moderate amount of time and you can tell by what she says that she misses you, you need to be careful.

You don’t want to give her the impression that she made the right decision in breaking up with you. Even though you had your heart broken, this is really your time to shine.

The long road to winning back your ex forever is just beginning. It may seem difficult at first to try to distract yourself and build up your confidence after you heart has been ripped out, but it’s really something you have to do. It will be worth it in the end, though, as you’ll eithr find out that you don’t want to be with her anymore or you’ll be ready to go get her back. That’s what the time period of not talking to them and improving yourself is for.

How To Get Back With Your Ex Girlfriend

If you want to know how to get back with your ex girlfriend, you need to stop and think for a minute first. What was the real cause of the breakup? I’m not talking about what she said. No, that’s not the real reason you broke up at all. She was just using that as an excuse. She told you what sounded like a good excuse but that fact is she subconsciously feels like you were not enough for her.

Now, don’t get upset yet. Whether that’s true or not is totally irrelevant. You have to consider the fact that people do what they think is best for themselves at all times. It’s just basic survival. Since actual survival is not a huge issue, the next thing we are driven for is happiness. I don’t want to turn this into a big discussion about what happiness really is, because it’s different for everyone. In the end though, it’s what we all strive for on some level. If you feel like someone isn’t helping us be happy, naturally we don’t want to be with them anymore.

So what are things that make a person feel like you’re not helping them feel happy?

They could be anything, and it’s just as likely to be something as small as a personal issue as something big. That’s why you can’t always figure out what it was.

So what can YOU do?

It’s pretty simple, actually. You have to position yourself in a way that you seem like you will help your ex girlfriend be happy. If she sees you as that, she will want you back. There are several things you can do to make this possible, and there are several things you should avoid.

Obviously, you want to avoid being desperate. You want to avoid calling and texting repeatedly. That doesn’t make her feel like you’ll make her happy, it makes her feel smothered. You don’t want to tell her things like, “I just want you to be happy” because it never sounds genuine. It’s cheesy. You want to be confident in yourself and move on with your life. That’s the best start. Then you want to follow a detailed plan from someone who’s been there and done that, such as myself.

Your gut will tell you to do the wrong things right now unfortunately, and so will your friends. So don’t listen to them.
