Should I date someone 15 years younger?

I’m 49 right now and she’s 34. We know each other for a while (professionally) and I feel there’s something there and was thinking of asking her out on a romantic date. I don’t know if the age difference is something I should worry about or not. On one hand I think she’s not 18 or anything so she can judge for herself and on another I say it’s still 15 years. I don’t know.

I think you should give it a try. Why not? You're both adults now so why not try it and see if it works. If it doesn't work out you just shake hands and say goodbye. But what if it does?

Ask her out and see what she says. At some point you can even ask her if the age difference is going to be a problem (but first see if she wants to go on a date with you).
