It has been found that the same areas of the brain are activated upon stimulation of the nipple and breast area as is with stimulation of the clitoris and vaginal areas of the body, thus causing an orgasm. It is not always consistent, however, as hormonal changes and menstrual cycles can play a part in the intensity of the sensations.
