I today came across the following poignant article on Lond Distance Relationships that I wanted to share with you. “Long Distance Love” chronicles the bittersweet longing experienced in a long-distance relationship. A young lover waits impatiently for her boyfriend to return. Each moment seems to stretch interminably. She yearns to see him again, despite the irony of the situation; every moment that passes brings him closer to her, yet every moment that passes brings their inevitable parting closer as well.
