I came across an article written by Jen of thecollegecrush.com for women to give up their fantasies when it comes to love. Women grow up on fairy tales and romantic movies and real life can often disappoint them. She statest they sometimes weave romantic fantasies in their head that men can never live up to, and if they think about it, some of these romantic men would not work out so well in real life.
What’s your take on this? Do we sometimes expect too much because of an idealized notion of romance or is it just what should be expected?:
